Easy, quick and very tasty .I used it with my tuna and noodles dish but you can use it as a dip for tortilla chips or fresh veg etc.
The ingredients are for quite a large portion.You can keep it in the fridge for around 2 weeks.
2 mangos,ripe,cut into chunks
1 red chilli,chopped
100g of sugar
200ml of water
Put mangos,water and chilli into a pan and cook till mangos are start getting very soft then add sugar and cook for about 20 minutes.Cool it down a bit,put all into blender and blend until smooth.Done!!!
