Typowa letnia zupa z kalafiorem, zamiast ziemniaków można dać ryż i uatrakcyjnić mlekiem kokosowym. Oczywiście, ta wersja jest nie dla każdego wtedy polecam zwykłą śmietankę. Jednak fani mleka kokosowego na pewno nie pożałują.

Można określić to ciasto jako ekspresowe bo robi się je dosłownie chwilę. Zrobiłam ze świeżymi owocami ale jest jak najbardziej do wykonania w zimie, także z mrożonymi. I oczywiście można dodać każde, najlepiej swoje ulubione owoce.
