You like wraps but not the empty calories of white flour ? Use an omelette instead! Or you can interpret it as egg-instead-of-nori sushi :-)
Ingredients
6 eggs
3 tsp low-fat yoghurt
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Maizena (corn- or potatostarch)
pinch of salt
200g smoked salmon
light herb cream cheese (eg. Philadelphia Balance)
can red beans
rucola
Let`s get cookin!
Mix ingredients for an omelette in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a mixer. On medium heat fry thin omelettes. Wait until they cool down and spread cream cheese and salmon on some and bean mousse and rucola on another. Or make your own combination! :-)
