As most of us I have some New Year's resolutions and one of them is taking care of the quality of food I eat. I usually have tendency to eat healthy, but at the end of last year I'd happened to made some food related cardinal sins, so my body immediately decided to strongly protest against my overindulgence. I've learnt the lesson though, so I've decided to stick to better food to make my life better. So if you have similar plans for New Year, join me in my quest for delicious and healthy food and follow my biweekly doses of inspirations.
If I'm to cook healthy meals, let the first recipe be vegan oatmeal packed with vitamins, cranberries and ginger. It will definiltely pop you out from the bed and warm you up on winter mornings even if you'd prefer to stay in bed rather than going to work or to school. If your morning schedule is quite busy you can pour boiling water over oats and dates in the evening, so oatmeal will cook much faster in the morning.
Podawaj natychmiast
