Kolejna pyszna zupa, która dołącza do mojej kolekcji. Sycąca ale delikatna, pełna dobrego smaku. U mnie w wersji mniej kalorycznej ale pyszna jest też z dodatkiem śmietanki.

Moja propozycja na piątkowy obiad to pstrąg pieczony w porach i białym winie. Błyskawiczne danie, bardzo łatwe i takie eleganckie. Bardzo polecam:)

Podkreśliłam koperek w nazwie bo jest tu najważniejszy. Jest to bardzo prosta surówka składająca się z 3 składników i sosu więc minimalizm całkowity ale nie w smaku. Doskonale pasuje do mięs, ryby, kaszy i chleba. Polecam:)
