Very easy and quick, for lazy ones or for these ones that have got no time before Christmas.
1 already rolled puff pastry
3 tbsp insulted butter
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 jar of ready mincemeat
First melt the butter with spices , then brush the pastry with butter, cover with mincemeat and roll.Cut it into 1,5 cm slices and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.Bake in preheated oven for around 15-20 minutes.
You can drizzle them with icing made from 1 tbsp of icing sugar and 1 tsp of cold water.
