Dzisiaj wyciągnęłam gofrownicę i wyszły z niej takie cudeńka:
Kakaowo-gruszkowe gofry ryżowe z sezamem z domowymi dżemami
Cocoa-pear rice waffles with sesame served with home-made jams
4 łyżki płatków ryżowych
1 gruszka
1 jajko
1 łyżka kakao*
5 czubatych łyżek mąki ryżowej
1 łyżeczka sody oczyszczonej/proszku do pieczenia*
szczypta stewii
1 łyżka sezamu
Nagrzewamy i natłuszczamy gofrownicę. Płatki zalewamy wrzątkiem i odstawiamy do napęcznienia. Dodajemy jajko i startą na tarce gruszkę. Zagęszczamy masę mąką, dodajemy kakao, proszek do pieczenia, stewię i ew. trochę wody. Wsypujemy sezam.
Pieczemy w gofrownicy aż poczujemy ich zapach (pachną jak ciasto!) :)
