Dear Readers,
For the last few months I have been cooperating with the Adam Mickiewicz Institute (AMI) in Warsaw, which is an important public cultural institution financed by the Polish Ministry of Culture and of the National Heritage. Named after the great Polish poet Adam Mickiewicz, AMI’s major goal is the worldwide promotion of both Polish culture and Polish language. You will find my articles on Polish cuisine and its history at culture.pl, which is the bilingual (Polish/ English) portal of the Institute.
My articles relate to Polish food fundamentals (traditional preparations and foodstuffs) and contemporary cuisine. I also write short biographies of some of the leading Polish chefs. Stay tuned!
