Perfect thing for summery dishes like for example pan fried salmon or chicken.
You can keep it in your fridge for around 2 weeks.
You will need:
3tbsp chopped herbs ,whatever you have.I used Rosemary,thyme,Parsley and mint.
Salt and pepper to taste
20ml of cider vinegar
Juice and zest from half a lemon
100ml olive oil good quality
Half of a lemon,chopped
Mix together all ingredients and done.
