I don't know any person who doesn't live ice creams. Unfortunately, most of them have a lot of sugar and fat. But there is a way where you can eat ice creams and don't feel guilty! I always freeze some herb-fruit mix during the summer. Cause I know that on one snowy winter day I would like to eat some ice creams and think how much I miss summer. Also during winter fruits from shop don't taste good. There a lot of chemicals on them, just to make fruits look fresh. But if you have big freezer you can buy fruits from local farmers or, if you are really lucky person, pick them in your garden and prepare for winter :)

Put everything in a blender. Remember that these ice creams melt faster than the regular one. But after few minutes you have shake ;)
